RUKN brings together governments, institutions, international companies, technology providers and local operators to build partnerships around shared strategic objectives. We help align the right stakeholders, capabilities and interests to create partnership structures that are practical, credible and positioned for long-term implementation in Mauritania.
Our role includes facilitating government and institutional engagement, identifying and assessing suitable local partners, and supporting the formation and governance of project consortia. We also help international partners navigate technology transfer and localisation requirements, connecting global expertise with local capabilities to build partnerships that can move effectively from strategic alignment to execution.
