If you have ordered the wrong item or need to make changes to your order after completing payment, please reach out to use via our CONTACT US page and include any order relevant information.
Alternatively if you have already received an unwanted item, simply return any applicable item(s) to us "unused" in their original condition and unopened and sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item if preferred.
You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods back to us, We would like to recommend that if you are going to be returning goods worth more than £20.00 to use a tracked service as this reduces the risk of your item being lost, as we unfortunately will not be liable for any items that are lost in transit during a returns process.
Some goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. These include:
Faulty Items
If your item arrived dead on arrival, please reach out to use via our CONTACT US page and include any order relevant information within 14 days of purchase, after these 14 days we will not be able to issue a refund or a replacement.
After contacting us we will proceed with the Faulty Item refund/returns process, which includes sending the faulty product back to us.
Please allow a further 5 working days to allow us to examine and determine the fault.
Please note the item has to be in a pristine condition and any return showing signs of use / wear and tear will not be covered by our returns policy, you will be liable to cover the postage cost and the cost to return the product to you should you want it back.
Please also note that Exempt products as stated above are not covered by this returns policy.
